Kungkungan Bay Resort

Kungkungan Bay Resort is built on an old coconut plantation in the heart of Lembeh Straits, close to over 40 dive sites.  An exclusive and very relaxed resort, Kungkungan has very friendly and professional staff that will take care of your every need from the moment that you arrive, until the time you leave.

A year round destination, Lembeh Straits is a fascinating dive area.  The resort is surrounded by beautiful vegetation and a harmonic atmosphere.  After a day of diving, you can relax by the pool or enjoy a good meal at North Sulawesi's only ”over-the-water” restaurant and bar, where you can marvel at the spectacular views over Lembeh Straits and the nearby tropical islands.

The resort has 17 wooden cottages with ocean view, in three different catagories. 

Traditional Houses

The houses are designed in traditional Indonesian style.  The room has two queen sized beds, ceiling fan, air conditioning, minibar and a well equiped bathroom.  The rooms are L-shaped and therefore both beds are separated from each other.  There is space for 4 persons in one house.     
The resort has one tradtional family house with two separate bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with two single beds.  Both rooms are connected to a TV lounge. 

Cottage Suites

Beautiful coconut wood cottages with one large living room and veranda.  The bedroom has a queen sized bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar, TV, hair dryer and large bathroom.  Two extra beds can be put into the room (maximum 4 persons).

Deluxe Rooms

Hus med modern traditionell stil, perfekt för par och par på smekmånad. Rummet har luftkonditionering och erbjuder en stor boyta med en Kingsize säng, rymlig veranda och stort badrum med badkar. Alla rummen har minibar, Roomservice, hårtork och kabel TV.
 
Hillside Villa

Hillside Villas ligger avskilt på bergsidan med utsikt över resorten och Lembeh Strait. Ett exklusivt hus på två våningar. Kungkungans egen version av "penthouse suite", med en imponerande utsikt och all avskildhet ett romantiskt par kan önska sig. Sovrummet ligger på övre våningen i höjd med trädtopparna och erbjuder en äkta tropisk känsla. The Hillside Villas tillhör samma kategori som resortens Deluxe rum och har badrum med badkar, luftkonditionering på båda nivåerna, kabel-TV, minibar och Roomservice.
