Manado - Kima Bajo

Managers Luca & Miho have already managed an upscale dive operation in North Sulawesi since 2005, so they know every bit of Bunaken National Park. Eco Divers, based at Kima Bajo Resort & Spa, is a PADI 5 Star Center.

The purpose built boats are built in a traditional design, powered by energy efficient double outboard engines and have comfort features including sundeck, camera rinse tanks, W/C and shaded salon. They take divers to over 30 dive sites with speed and comfort, each carrying a maximum of just 8 guest divers. Snorkellers and non-divers are also welcome to join the trips. Dive groups are kept very small - just 4 guests to each guide.

The daily dive program to Bunaken National Park offers a two-tank morning trip and one-tank afternoon trip. The morning trip departs at 08.15 and the boats return at around 13:00, so guests can enjoy lunch at Kima Bajo Resort. The afternoon trip departs at 15:00 and returns by around 16:30-17:00. Night dives, special trips to Lembeh Strait and PADI dive courses can be arranged on request.

Lembeh - Lembeh Cottages

Highly experienced Lembeh guides know every inch of the Strait and will show you where the best critter action can be found. You'll dive off the most comfortable dive boat anywhere in North Sulawesi - Eco Divers own purpose-built vessel fitted with seated dive deck, dive tender/skiff, two toilets, showers, charging racks, sundeck and full safety features.

A hot buffet lunch is served on board the dive boat. Although the boat is able to carry many more divers, the limit will be just twelve guests with a guaranteed maximum guest-to-guide ratio of 4:1. Nitrox is available, as well as full photo & video support services.

The daily dive program to Lembeh Straits offers three dives a day: two morning dives and one afternoon dive. The dive day begins at 08:15, when jeeps depart Lembeh Cottages for the jetty. After a ten minute drive through Bitung, the smaller dive boats pick up customers and transfer them to the larger dive boat moored in the middle of the Straits.  After the dives are complete (around 16:30), customers are transfered back to the jetty and then onwards by jeep to the cottages. 

Please note: The dive day can be split up so that customers do only the two morning dives.
