Mexico - Playa Del Carmen

The best time to travel to Mexico is during our winter months when the visibility is around 50m and the temperatures are rarely lower then 25°C.  Here you can dive on the world’s second largest barrier reef with its fantastic amount of marine life, in the famous Cenotes cave systems, or take a tour to dive with whale- or bull sharks.

Playa del Carmen is located in the heart of the Riviera Maya, about 65 km south of Cancun, and directly across from Cozumel island.  Having quickly grown from a small fishing village to a bustling cosmopolitan town, Playa is able to offer guests the widest range of activities, accommodations, and dining in the Caribbean. Whether you are a back-packer or an international jetsetter, Playa has something to offer!

Playa del Carmen sits along the second largest barrier reef in the world and is famous for its abundance of fish life and variety of dive sites, Playa offers amazing dives for all levels.  The fantastic drift dives are famous for big animal life such as turtles, groupers, barracuda, and tarpon.  The macro-lovers will also be pleased as treasures abound on Playa reefs such as seahorses, pipefish, fire worms, and all sorts of small shrimp and crabs.
