Safety Policy

We at Scuba Travel work very hard to ensure that our customers will not only have a great dive experience, but that they will be well taken care of by our partners at the destination, and be made to feel safe and respected.

We have all learned that events, by forces of nature or man-made, can take place anywhere, at any time. This is why we have chosen our partners abroad carefully, as well as the fact that we have taken the time to educate ourselves and prepare a thorough safety policy.

This policy is our in-house plan of action between our partners abroad, ourselves and the Foreign Affairs department. It encompasses all levels of emergencies and how we shall respond accordingly.

As our customer booking a package trip with us, this means that you are protected by law, but also that Scuba Travel is prepared to take action in order to help you with any needs to may arise (ie. home transportation, lodging, medical assistance).  We encourage you to leave with us a telephone number and contact name of a friend or family member that will not be travelling with you, as well as your passport number. Please also feel free to leave a copy of your passport, and or dive insurance with us for safe keeping.
