A typical day’s diving: 8:45-9:00 Pick up from hotel 9:15 Arrive at dive centre and check in with your dive guide. Collect any rental or personal equipment stored at dive centre. (Check in procedures take longer on the first day, allow up to 35 minutes). 9:30-9.45 Depart dive centre by jeep for first dive site. 10:00-10:30 Arrive at first dive site, kit up, dive and safety briefing and first dive with services of dive guide. Surface interval and lunch on shore in a Bedouin style restaurant (payable locally). 13:30 Second dive either at the same site or after transferring to another location. Third dives are occasionally available depending on timing and local conditions. (Third dive is payable locally.) 16:00-16:30 Return to dive centre by jeep. (Most equipment can be stored at the dive centre for the next day’s diving BCD’s, regulators, wetsuits, weightbelts). Torches, cameras and computers should be stored in a locker at the dive centre or taken to your hotel room for recharging and downloading. 16:30-17:30 Enjoy a drink with your dive buddies and dive guides, compare photos and stories. 17:30 Transfer back to hotel by bus or jeep.
